Hawai’i Gov. Josh Green ordered the U.S. flag and Hawaiʻi state flag be flown at half-staff at the Hawaiʻi state Capitol and at all state offices, agencies and Hawaiʻi National Guard throughout the islands, effective immediately, to honor the life and legacy of former U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney.

Gov. Mike DeWine has ordered flags on public buildings and grounds around Ohio to be flown at half-staff until the day of the former Vice President Dick Cheney's funeral. DeWine served with the Wyoming Republican in Congress.
