A new poll has found that President Donald Trump's disapproval rating has reached its highest point across both his terms.

The Democrats are celebrating big wins in elections seen as bellwether referendums in Donald Trump's second term as president. It caps a momentous day, with Trump marking a year since he won the election and the government shutdown stretching to new lengths.

During the wide-ranging interview released Sunday, Trump repeatedly took aim at his predecessor, saying his name more than 40 times, the transcript released by the network reveals.

Dating back​ to early September, the Trump administration has reported well over a dozen such strikes in the waters of the Caribbean​ and eastern Pacific Ocean off South America.
