Peru’s congress has declared Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum persona non grata, days after her administration granted asylum to a former prime minister who’s hiding in a diplomatic residence in Lima.

A day after a man groped Mexico’s president, Claudia Sheinbaum, in an episode captured on video, she announced on Wednesday that she had reported the incident to the police as a crime.
